Brand identity pricing packages
Brand Finder
This is a stand-alone consultation with you (and any stakeholders) to define your brand. As you build and promote your business, you’ll need clarity on what it should look and sound like. We’ll explore your vision, goals, audience, how you want them to feel, your company’s personality, unique strengths, and more. The resulting brief will guide your brand’s design and messaging, and keep you focused as you grow.
You can take the plan and run with it, or hire me and this cost will be deducted from your full project.
1.5 HOUR INTERVIEW
WRITTEN BRIEF
$300
This cost will be applied to any package if you move forward.
Refresh Logo Package
You’d like to keep your current brand colors, fonts, and visual style. You need only a more fitting, polished, better-crafted logo to represent your brand.
BRAND FINDER – Every project starts by defining your brand. This work includes an interview and exercises to find the heart of your brand, so we can translate it into designs.
LOGO – A logo is a shorthand tag or identifier for your brand. I sketch and refine ideas until I have the best logo concept (or a few great choices). It will be applied to mock products to test how it would work in the “real world.” Your final set of files will have secondary logos in vertical or horizontal formats if needed, saved for print and web.
MINI STYLE GUIDE – 1-2 page logo usage guide with specs for the colors in your logo, used by print vendors and web developers to ensure your brand colors will match across different applications. Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and hexidecimal codes provided.
$2500
Identity Package
You’re a small business and starting from scratch. Or you are interested in evolving your company’s existing branding. You want to distill the essence of your company into a look and feel. You need a toolkit of visual elements, and guidelines for how to use them.

COLOR PALETTE – Specifications for the colors in your logo, plus a secondary palette that coordinates. Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and hexidecimal codes provided.
TYPOGRAPHY – Recommendations for brand fonts, with examples of how to use them together.
VISUAL THEME – Along with a logo, fonts, and colors, brands also need shapes and lines, a certain photography or illustration style, custom patterns, or other elements that flesh out a visual theme. These ingredients will be applied to mock layouts to show how they should be used.
BRAND STYLE GUIDE – A multi-page document that describes the elements of your brand. Your team can use it to create consistent materials going forward. It includes usage rules and specs for the logo, color palette, typography, graphic elements, messaging, and any other elements that make your brand unique.

Custom Package
Besides the Identity Package, you’ll likely need marketing pieces with your new identity applied. If you have an in-house designer or freelancer, they can reference your brand style guide (created in the Identity Package) when making these. Or I can design them for you, since I’ll already know your brand inside and out. Popular items include:
Business cards, letterhead, and envelopes
Brochures and info sheets
Signage
Packaging
Social media templates
Presentation templates
Brand swag (t-shirts, stickers, coffee mugs, water bottles, pens, and fun stuff)
After we talk, I can put together a Custom Package proposal that includes the Identity Package and the exact marketing pieces you need. Or, book a design day whenever you want to knock a few more items off your list.
A note about websites:
Web design and development is a speciality in itself. I am very comfortable with the Software As A Service (SAAS) style of website like Squarespace, and would be happy to discuss your needs :-)
We can use the style and elements we develop in the Identity Package to create your site.
