License Agreement

License Summary (Non-Exclusive Use):

  • You may use these loops / motion graphics in live events, DJ/VJ performances, and promotional clips (up to 60s excerpts).

  • You may not resell, share, or upload the clips as standalone files.

  • All copyrights remain with the creator Tamsin Smyth / Tamsyland.

  • Non-Exclusive License Agreement

    This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and Tamsin Smyth (“Licensor”) regarding the use of video loops and motion graphics purchased (“Licensed Content”).

    1. Grant of License
    The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Licensed Content for commercial and personal projects, subject to the terms below.

    2. Permitted Uses
    The Licensee may:

    • Publicly display the Licensed Content during live events, concerts, DJ or VJ performances.

    • Include excerpts of the Licensed Content (up to 60 seconds in total) in event recordings, promotional reels, or teasers.

    • Use the Licensed Content internally for event production or installation design.

    3. Restrictions
    The Licensee may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Licensed Content in its original form.

    • Upload the Licensed Content to stock libraries, marketplaces, or content-sharing platforms.

    • Use the Licensed Content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or reuse it as standalone files.

    • Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the Licensed Content.

    4. Ownership
    All rights, title, and copyright in the Licensed Content remain with the Licensor. The Licensee is granted usage rights only as described in this Agreement.

    5. Term
    The license is valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Tamsin Smyth / Tamsyland reserves the right to revoke the license if the terms of this Agreement are violated. If this occurs, the licensee must stop its use of the licensed material immediately and thereafter destroy the product, delete it from its computer and other devices such as hard drives, cloud uploads etc. After deleting the files, please inform Tamsin Smyth via email hello@ tamsinsmyth.com

    6. Indemnification
    The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Licensed Content.

    7. Governing Law
    The License Rights of the licensed material are valid worldwide. Unauthorised use of the product will result in immediate termination of your license.

    By purchasing or using the Licensed Content, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
